Sebastopol, CA -- November, 2009– WineSecrets, North America's leading provider of wine filtration solutions, and Memstar, Australia's leading innovator in wine membrane technology, are pleased to announce an agreement that allows WineSecrets to provide mobile alcohol adjustment services using Memstar's patented evaporative perstraction technology, and sales of Memstar's alcohol adjustment equipment, to wineries in North America. WINESECRETS LLC ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF VINOVATION’S SERVICE OPERATIONS
Napa, CA -- July 7th, 2008 – American Winesecrets LLC will assume and expand Vinovation Inc.’s licensed operation for Reverse Osmosis-based technologies and Alcohol Adjustment services at their Sebastopol facility throughout California and most of North America, announced Eric Dahlberg, Founder and President of Winesecrets. The transition of operations under this new arrangement is to begin July 7th 2008.
“Winesecrets now offers a complete range of filtration technologies including Volatile Acidity Reduction, Alcohol Adjustment, Smoke and Brett Taint Removal via Reverse Osmosis, Tartaric Stabilization and pH Reduction using STARS, Cross-Flow Filtration, and Ultra Filtration,” reports Domingo Rodriguez, Winesecrets Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations. “The assumption of Vinovation’s operation is a major step in expanding our comprehensive package of mobile wine filtration services combined with regional service facilities throughout the US and Canada,”
Eric Dahlberg is known for his work with PG&E and the California Energy Commission in helping reduce energy consumption by wine producers. The company’s mobile filtration operations started with STARS, an environmentally friendly solution for Tartaric stabilization. Winesecrets takes on Taint Removal in California
Napa, CA -- January 27, 2008 – American Winesecrets, LLC, announced today the acquisition of the Mobile Filtration Division of Vinovation, Inc. The acquisition will allow Winesecrets to provide extensive Taint Removal services to the wine industry.
Vinovation will continue to hold the patent on its exclusive reverse osmosis method and provide the technology at its custom crush facility in Sebastopol. All off-premise services and sublicensing will be provided by Winesecrets. “We are pleased to be able to expand our comprehensive package of mobile wine filtration services,” said Domingo Rodriguez, Winesecrets Co-Founder and VP of Operations. “We look forward to providing an increased variety of technologies to our California customers.”
Winesecrets, a Flex-Your-Power award winner, was established in 2001.
